Rogo is an AI-driven enterprise software company transforming global finance by empowering professionals at top investment banks, private equity funds, and investment firms. The company has achieved product-market fit with a rapidly growing global client base and backing from world-class investors. You will be Rogo's first People Operations Manager, reporting to the People Lead. This is a foundational role building the employee experience infrastructure as the company scales from early stage to enterprise. Key responsibilities include: **People Programs & Processes:** Own and evolve the new hire onboarding experience for personalization and scalability. Drive execution of performance review cycles, designing for effectiveness and scale. Manage engagement survey delivery, interpretation, and insights. Own the HR tech stack (currently Rippling PEO), including evaluation, implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of systems, automations, and integrations. Build and manage workflows for tracking people changes (promotions, role changes, offboarding) to keep systems accurate and up-to-date. **Benefits & Compliance:** Lead management of benefits programs through the PEO, ensuring smooth and accurate employee experience. Maintain compliance with applicable employment requirements, policies, and documentation, escalating complex matters as needed. **Culture & Community:** Evolve and own employee engagement activities to create meaningful opportunities for connection and recognition. Manage the employee Wiki and guides; build communication plans for people programs. **Manager Support:** Serve as a People Ops partner to managers, providing guidance on performance conversations, feedback, and day-to-day people management. Develop and maintain clear manager resources, templates, and documentation. **Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with Finance, Legal, Recruiting, and Leadership on projects, policies, and operational improvements. Lead ad hoc projects supporting the People function. **Requirements:** - 5+ years of experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or program management - Demonstrated success designing and executing structured processes and programs with minimal direction - Strong project management skills; capable of running multi-stakeholder initiatives end-to-end - Experience owning HR systems and tools with strong comfort managing workflows and automations (Rippling experience highly preferred) - Attention to detail and discretion in handling sensitive information - Strong written and verbal communication skills with polished presentation of ideas and processes - High emotional intelligence; self-aware, empathetic, and effective in collaboration - Bias toward action; ability to find answers, solve problems independently, and adapt quickly - Thrive in fast-paced startup environments; high-intensity and passionate about the work - Ambitious; comfortable solving complex problems and working with ambiguity - Curious about AI, technology, and finance - Autonomous, self-directed, and collaborative
