Omnidian is a Series C, fast-growing tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for the distributed solar and energy storage industries. The company is headquartered in Seattle, WA and is a certified B Corp. You will report to the Head of People & Culture and serve as People Insights & Total Rewards Manager, a highly visible role with significant room to grow. You'll partner with the People Team, Finance, Legal, and leaders across the business and geographies to build reliable reporting and turn employee data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health - Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and surface insights for leaders - Lead total rewards analysis, including equity and cap table forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and the relationship between rewards and engagement - Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and L&D to translate findings into workforce plans, hiring priorities, and program improvements - Use AI tools to work efficiently while validating results and maintaining data quality - Help teams maximize value from Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave as a skilled user and analytics partner - Proactively surface emerging risks and opportunities, from narrowing talent pipelines to reward programs needing adjustment You'll be someone who uses AI tools daily and knows when to trust them and when to verify; who gets curious rather than annoyed when handed messy datasets split across disconnected systems; and who understands how compensation, engagement, recruiting, and workforce data connect to business performance. Requirements: - 5–9+ years in people analytics, total rewards, or a related HR discipline - Hands-on equity administration experience (Carta or similar) and cap table modeling - Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodology (Pave, Radford, Mercer, or comparable) - Comfort working across HR systems (HRIS, engagement/performance platform, ATS) as a power user without needing formal administrator ownership - Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills - Excellent written English and judgment to work autonomously across time zones Plus Experience: - Direct experience with Rippling, Lattice, and/or Lever - Experience partnering with Recruiting or L&D on analytics that shaped their programs - Comfort with SQL or basic scripting - Experience supporting a multi-country workforce, including EOR arrangements
