Salary: USD 122,000 - 163,000 / annual

Datadog is seeking a People Business Partner to support the company's rapidly scaling global organization. This role works closely with leadership and the People team to address employee needs while driving strategic People programs and initiatives across the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Partner with leadership and employees on the front line, representing the global PBP team - Advise and coach management on people-related matters including performance management, career pathing, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, training, culture, diversity & inclusion, and engagement - Collaborate with Centers of Excellence (COE) teams to design programs that enhance employee experience - Build and advise on People policies, guidelines, and programs in partnership with COE colleagues - Provide data-driven analysis and consulting to leadership to support informed people decisions and implementation of best practices - Assess employee development needs and recommend/implement aligned solutions - Handle complex global employee relations issues, working with leadership to implement best practices Datadog operates as a hybrid workplace and values office culture for collaboration and creativity. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience as an HRBP or in a related HR role, preferably in fast-growing technology companies - Ability to adapt and pivot between strategic, high-level program implementation and granular day-to-day business needs - Strong analytical and reporting skills; solid HRIS experience (Workday is a bonus) - Experience working across business functions with first-line and senior leadership - Excellent project management and organizational skills with proven ability to design clear processes and detail-oriented problem solving - Experience in employee relations and knowledge of global employment practices - Clear, direct, approachable, and friendly communication style with strong customer service orientation - Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build relationships and trust at all organizational levels Datadog notes that not all qualifications need to be met on day one and encourages passionate candidates to apply.
