Omnidian is a Series C, certified B Corp tech-enabled service company revolutionizing performance assurance for distributed solar and energy storage. Founded in the US in 2016, the company has expanded globally to Australia and is now opening a new talent hub in Costa Rica in 2026. This is a founding-member opportunity to build the Costa Rica team from the ground up.
The People Analytics Manager will report to the Head of People & Culture and partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, L&D, Finance, and business leaders across geographies. This is a highly visible role with significant growth opportunity as the People Team expands globally.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build reliable reporting across engagement, recruiting, workforce planning, and organizational health
- Connect data from Lattice, Rippling, and recruiting systems to identify trends and surface insights for leaders
- Lead total rewards analysis, including equity and cap table forecasting, compensation benchmarking, and the relationship between rewards and engagement
- Partner with People Business Partners, Recruiting, and L&D to translate findings into workforce plans, hiring priorities, and program improvements
- Use AI tools to work efficiently while validating results and maintaining data quality
- Help teams maximize value from Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Pave as a skilled user and analytics partner
- Proactively surface emerging risks and opportunities, from narrowing talent pipelines to reward program adjustments
You are a senior individual contributor with the drive to grow your career. You use AI tools daily and know when to trust them and when to verify. You approach messy datasets with curiosity rather than frustration. You understand how compensation, engagement, recruiting, and workforce data connect to business performance. You care about the "why" behind the numbers, not just pulling them.
Requirements:
- 5–9+ years in people analytics, total rewards, or related HR discipline
- Hands-on equity administration experience (Carta or similar) and cap table modeling
- Experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodology (Pave, Radford, Mercer, or comparable)
- Comfort working across HR systems (HRIS, engagement/performance platform, ATS) as a power user without formal administrator ownership
- Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills
- Excellent written English and judgment to work autonomously across time zones
- Legal authorization to work in Costa Rica (citizenship or residency with work rights)
Plus experience:
- Direct experience with Rippling, Lattice, and/or Lever
- Analytics partnerships with Recruiting or L&D that shaped their programs
- SQL or basic scripting comfort
- Supporting multi-country workforces, including EOR arrangements
