ElevenLabs is building its people analytics function from the ground up and seeking a People Analytics Lead to own this critical function at a fast-growing, fully distributed AI company. You'll partner directly with the People team and business leaders to translate workforce data—headcount, compensation, attrition, engagement, and org health—into actionable insights that shape hiring, organization, and retention strategies.
This is a build-it-yourself role with significant autonomy. You'll choose analytics tools, define key metrics, and establish the standard for how the company discusses workforce data. Core responsibilities include owning headcount planning and attrition/retention analysis, building self-serve dashboards in BigQuery, Looker, or Tableau so People and business leaders can independently answer questions, partnering on workforce planning tied to company growth and budget cycles, translating data into clear recommendations for Group leads, and establishing data governance and standard metric definitions across HRIS, ATS, and other people systems.
