As People Advisor for Poland, you will own end-to-end HR operations and people matters for the organization's Polish operations. You will oversee local implementations of global people initiatives, culture and values agendas, compliance with global policies and Polish employment law, and local learning and leadership development. Key responsibilities include: **Employee Relations & Compliance**: Serve as the country subject matter expert for employee relations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievances. Provide guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employment laws. Stay current on Polish employment regulations and ensure all HR practices comply with relevant legislation. Support grievance and investigation management. **Onboarding & Offboarding**: Manage the physical onboarding and offboarding of new employees at the Warsaw location, coordinating with line managers, talent acquisition, and divisional partners. **Payroll & Employment Administration**: Manage payroll, employment contracts, and related documentation. Maintain relationships with local employment institutions (Labor Office, health/social/pension insurance companies). Ensure timely and accurate data updates in alignment with contracts and divisional direction, including job/cost center changes, pay increases, and personal data updates. **Health & Safety and Risk Management**: Ensure compliance with local health and safety requirements. Build local competencies in health and safety (through People or Office Leads). Partner with Compliance and Risk teams on employee data integrity and required training implementation. **Local Strategy & Culture**: Adapt and implement selected People Strategic initiatives locally in alignment with Divisional People Partners and Centers of Excellence. Translate business needs into people and organizational actions. Implement local values activation plans and hybrid working policies. Partner with functional leaders to understand and address people-related business needs. **Engagement, DEI & CSR**: Drive engagement, CSR, and diversity, equity, and inclusion activities locally. Implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Gather employee insights and address improvement areas. Engage both on-site and remote employees. **Performance Management & Benefits**: Support the performance management process including goal setting, evaluations, and development planning. Oversee employee benefits administration (health insurance, retirement plans, fringe benefits). Work with benefits vendors and the people operations team. **Mobility & Immigration**: Act as internal subject matter expert and liaison with Legal and external immigration teams on relocation support and immigration matters. **Requirements:** - Minimum 3 years of progressive HR experience - Sound knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations specific to Poland - Customer-centric approach with high-level communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment - Self-driven with a "can-do" attitude; independent, proactive, and able to take ownership - Fluent in English and Polish
