Benefits, GL & Audit: Administer payroll-side benefit and 401(k) deductions. Reconcile payroll to general ledger each cycle; prepare journal entries and accruals. Support monthly close and provide payroll data for annual financial statement audit, 401(k) audit, workers' compensation audit, and R&D tax credit studies.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of full-cycle payroll experience, including multi-state payroll in the U.S.

- Experience at venture-backed company scaling through rapid headcount growth
- CPP or FPC certification
