As a Global Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you'll be a key member of the People Operations team, responsible for managing payroll and benefits operations across multiple international locations. This role bridges HR and external payroll providers, ensuring seamless execution of global payroll functions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning and scaling payroll operations across international locations, coordinating with external providers
- Ensuring accurate, timely employee payments and compliance with tax and social security regulations across jurisdictions
- Monitoring and analyzing salary costs to support financial decision-making
- Serving as the primary point of contact for employee payroll, tax, and benefits inquiries
- Coordinating with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll-related issues
- Administering employee benefits programs and identifying opportunities to enhance engagement
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within the payroll and benefits function
You bring 2-3 years of payroll and benefits experience, with international payroll exposure preferred. Advanced English (C1+) is required; additional languages are valuable. You're proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, familiar with Google Suite and Microsoft Office, and ideally have Personio experience. Your strengths include meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication, collaborative approach, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
