As a Payments Implementation Manager, you will be a key operational leader driving high-impact payments initiatives across the business. You'll work at the intersection of operations, compliance, and technical integration to solve complex payment challenges at scale.
Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with local payment systems and acting as Revolut's primary point of contact
- Ensuring full compliance with relevant regulations, guidelines, and procedures
- Overseeing end-to-end payment operations including transaction initiation, verification, reconciliation, and settlement
- Collaborating with internal IT teams to resolve technical issues related to payment systems
- Generating regular reports on payment activities, volumes, and performance metrics to support decision-making and regulatory compliance
- Identifying and mitigating payment-related risks such as fraud, errors, and operational disruptions through control measures and risk assessments
- Engaging in industry forums and working groups to stay current with payment industry trends
- Staying updated on the latest regulations and innovations in payments, continuously enhancing professional expertise
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in payment operations, integration management, or technical product management
- Knowledge of payment standards, messaging protocols, or card processing workflows
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder integration projects or full product market launches and migrations
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to deep-dive into complex topics using existing knowledge bases and tools
- Autonomy in planning and implementing processes from scratch, including service indicators and reporting
