Salary: USD 58,050 - 61,000 / annual

Onbe, a fast-growing fintech company, is seeking a Payment Operations Intelligence Specialist to join their fraud prevention and operations team. This role focuses on strengthening fraud prevention strategies, improving operational efficiency, and implementing technology solutions to reduce manual work. Key responsibilities include monitoring fraud prevention systems and analyzing their effectiveness, researching emerging fraud trends, and evaluating potential false positives to improve customer experience. You'll contribute to developing and reviewing fraud prevention strategies across different risk levels, participate in quality assurance checks, and help evaluate communication methods within the department. A significant portion of this role involves exploring and implementing automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate, VBA, and basic scripting to streamline processes and reduce repetitive tasks. You'll identify opportunities across the organization to improve efficiency, explore technology capabilities, and leverage data to enhance performance. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Criminal Justice, Data Science, or a related field. Preferred qualifications include basic understanding of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) concepts or Microsoft Power Automate, proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and exposure to data analysis concepts.
