Silvur is modernizing retirement decision-making in America by partnering with financial institutions to deliver personalized tools, calculators, and educational resources to their members. The company's white-labeled platform serves millions of credit union members and has been recognized by Forbes as one of the 50 Most Innovative Fintech Companies, backed by leading VCs including Anthemis. In this role, you'll be a key point of contact for Silvur's credit union partners, managing day-to-day relationships and driving adoption of the Silvur Insurance platform. You've just doubled the partner network from 8 to 17 credit unions and are heading into the company's biggest season. Key responsibilities include: **Partner Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of credit union partners, answering product questions, resolving escalations, and ensuring programs stay on track. Conduct proactive check-ins, executive business reviews, and identify opportunities to deepen product usage and referral volume. **Product Adoption & Enablement:** Become a product expert on the Silvur Insurance platform and design training for credit union staff and in-branch teams. Build repeatable enablement materials, playbooks, and resources that scale across the partner portfolio. **Data, Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Track referral activity, engagement, and product utilization across partners. Surface insights to internal teams, translate partner feedback into actionable recommendations, and partner with operations, product, and marketing teams. **Onboarding & Implementation:** Support new partner onboarding from kickoff through deployment with a structured, education-first approach. This responsibility will grow as the partner network expands. Success is measured on partner adoption and engagement, partner satisfaction and retention, and the health of partnership relationships. The role emphasizes building repeatable processes and AI-first workflows using tools like Claude, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Asana, and Canva. You'll work in a flexible, high-growth environment with an impact-driven team. Travel is expected for in-branch training, executive business reviews, and partner relationship-building across the credit union footprint. **Requirements:** - 1-2+ years of experience in partner success, client onboarding, account management, marketing, or product specialist roles - Startup experience preferred; comfort with ambiguity and building processes from scratch - Experience collecting and analyzing data to make informed decisions - Comfort with a modern, AI-first tech stack (Claude, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Asana, Canva) - Excellent relationship-building, communication, and project-management skills - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives with internal and external stakeholders
