Salary: USD 178,000 - 223,000 / annual
Addepar is seeking a Partnerships Product Manager to lead the strategic vision, technical execution, and governance of its external technology partner ecosystem. You will report directly to the Head of Product and ensure every partnership aligns with Addepar's product and platform strategy, positioning Addepar as the operational hub for investment professionals.
In this role, you will own three core pillars:
**Strategic & Commercial Alignment:** Drive partnerships that strengthen platform stickiness and increase partner-attached ARR. Navigate external organizations, influence partners to prioritize development, and define key metrics for partnership health and co-selling impact. Ensure integrations enhance rather than fragment the core product experience.
**Data Sovereignty, Security & Governance:** Establish zero-trust security frameworks and granular access controls across all integration points. Protect proprietary client data, ensure Addepar maintains ownership of the client experience, and create clear data-sharing protocols and audit mechanisms with external partners.
**Partner Productization, Enablement & Operations:** Lead product discovery and solution design for strategic partnerships by working with clients, partners, design, engineering, and internal teams. Identify highest-value integration points and iterate on target experiences from concepts through implementation. Establish streamlined, institutional-grade risk assessment workflows across Legal, InfoSec, Compliance, and Commercial teams. Build scalable, repeatable processes for commercial and technical partnership execution.
