Doinstruct builds software that trains and enables frontline teams in plants, logistics hubs, construction sites, and food production facilities. The company is Series A with 400+ customers and sub-2% churn, currently expanding into the US market.
You will own a deliberately focused partnerships function, measured on revenue and credibility per partner rather than logo count. Your portfolio will include a small set of integration partners, one or two strategic channel plays, and a newly-built network of industry experts in workplace safety and quality management.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end relationships with selected integration partners
- Build a channel motion with strategic platform partners, enabling their sales teams to bring doinstruct into conversations
- Develop a vertical expert network from scratch: practitioners and operators from food, logistics, construction, and manufacturing who refer business and provide industry credibility
- Make strategic decisions about which partnerships warrant investment and communicate deprioritization directly
- Partner with GTM Engineering to convert partner activity into structured pipeline signals
- Maintain partner battlecards, positioning, and training content efficiently
- Make partnerships a reliable pipeline source for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams
You are taking on a one-person function with no existing team or playbook for the expert network motion. You'll have direct access to the VP Revenue and CEO.
Required experience:
- Minimum three years in channel or partnerships roles in B2B SaaS as a core responsibility
- Demonstrated ability to take partnerships from signature through first deal, with understanding of rep enablement and referral mechanics
- Track record carrying a number in partnerships or sales
- Experience building relationships with senior stakeholders at larger platform companies
- Comfort with integration-led channel motions and their slower cycles
- Daily use of AI tools with demonstrated ability to build solutions that reduce manual work
- Proficiency in CRM systems (HubSpot or similar) and partner pipeline reporting
- Native or near-native German language skills (partner and expert conversations occur in German)
Preferred: background in Mittelstand companies, logistics, trade, or production environments.
The role offers the opportunity to define a partnerships function while it's still forming, with influence over how the European approach scales to the US market. You'll work with a product that customers retain, direct leadership access, and a team building AI into GTM operations.
