Salary: USD 205,000 - 255,000 / annual
Inscribe is seeking its first dedicated Partnerships Lead to build and scale a partner-sourced revenue channel as a core member of the GTM team. The role spans sourcing, closing, and growing partnerships across four models: referral, white-label, reseller, and integration partnerships with banking platforms, loan origination systems, fraud and KYC orchestrators, and credit bureaus.
Key responsibilities include sourcing and qualifying new partnership opportunities, owning the full partner sales process from initial conversation through NDA, business case development, technical and integration review, commercial terms negotiation, and contracting. You will carry a partner-sourced pipeline and revenue quota, reporting progress alongside account executives. The role requires managing ongoing partner relationships through regular syncs, issue resolution, and driving renewal and expansion conversations as volume grows.
You will partner with Marketing on co-marketing initiatives, partner announcements, and enablement materials such as battlecards and train-the-trainer decks. Acting as the voice of the partner internally, you'll feed competitive intelligence, feature gaps, and partner feedback to Product and other cross-functional teams.

The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the San Francisco office. Compensation ranges from $205K–$255K OTE with competitive base salary, commission structure, and accelerators for top performance.
