As Partnerships & Event Manager, you will own the POS partner ecosystem end-to-end in Hong Kong and drive qlub's presence in the F&B community through events and partner activations. You will manage relationships with POS partners, including commercial terms, joint business planning, regular reviews, and revenue share tracking through monthly settlement. You will lead POS integrations end-to-end with Product and Engineering teams, managing scope, prioritization, delivery, and go-live. You will track status, milestones, and timelines across concurrent projects, communicate risks, chase blockers, and escalate to maintain momentum. You will build qlub's presence across Hong Kong's F&B and hospitality community, converting relationships into qualified pipeline. You will bridge Sales, Operations, and Product teams, ensuring the local team has the right positioning and integration capabilities. You thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments and move quickly while making strong decisions with incomplete information. You take real ownership and think like an operator. You are energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience. REQUIREMENTS: - 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or project/delivery management - Hands-on experience with, or strong working knowledge of, POS systems and how they integrate with payments - Proven event or activation management experience, owning events end-to-end from budget to on-site execution to follow-up - Fluency in English and Cantonese (must-have) - Strong stakeholder management across partners and internal teams - Bias for action: chase blockers, push decisions, maintain momentum
