Salary: USD 120,000 - 160,000 / annual

As a Partnerships Associate on the Technology Partnerships team, you will manage relationships with top-tier OCFO tech companies, research labs, and hyper-scaler partners. You will serve as Rillet's ambassador and primary relationship manager, driving significant value by guiding the integration roadmap and identifying joint product and go-to-market opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own a portfolio of partners and drive revenue from sourcing opportunities through closing deals
- Support account executives with co-selling and coordination with technology partners
- Act as technical leader and liaison, guiding thought leadership in external marketing and internal communications
- Work closely with the product team to expand and manage Rillet's product integrations
- Source, negotiate, and launch new integrations while managing ongoing relationships
- Plan and attend high-value events at the intersection of AI and Finance
- Serve as primary point of contact for multiple integrating and commercial partners
- Represent Rillet at industry events including conferences, webinars, and networking events (10% quarterly travel)
- Analyze partnership performance and develop data-driven insights into channel and partner GTM strategies
The role is hybrid, with the team together in-person Tuesday through Thursday at Rillet's San Francisco office. The company values speed, agency, and flexibility—teammates who internalize the mission, design strategy independently, and deliver results that exceed expectations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of experience in Partnerships or Product at a top-tier technology company
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear messaging
- Prior knowledge of the Office of the CFO ecosystem and key players (existing network is a plus but not required)
- Technical knowledge of fintech platforms: how they work and integrate together
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining high attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize and execute across multiple projects
- Analytical and curious mindset; experience experimenting with outreach strategies and using data to inform decisions
- Experience working cross-functionally with GTM, product, marketing, and leadership teams
