You will join the Partnerships team as an Associate Manager supporting growth in Germany. This role bridges junior and mid-level responsibilities, with clear progression toward full-cycle Partner Manager ownership. You'll be responsible for the top of the partnerships funnel, identifying and qualifying prospective partners aligned with Moss' strategic priorities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner Identification & Assessment: Research and identify prospective partners using qualitative and quantitative analysis (partner fit, customer base, integration potential).
- Outreach & Pipeline Building: Own top-of-funnel activities, proactively reaching out via email, LinkedIn, events, and other channels with a clear value proposition.
- Relationship Building & Support: Assist in building and maintaining strong working relationships, participate in partner calls and meetings, prepare follow-ups, and coordinate with internal teams to deliver partner value.
- Process & Reporting: Track activity in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), share regular pipeline updates, and collaborate with Partnerships, Sales, and Marketing to improve outreach playbooks.

Requirements:
- 1-2 years of full-time work experience in business development, partnerships, finance, accounting, or Fintech
- Academic background in business, finance, economics, or similar fields
- Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1)
- Curious and analytical with structured research skills
- Relationship-oriented with strong communication and rapport-building abilities
- Self-starter who takes initiative and manages own pipeline
- Team player who collaborates with internal stakeholders
- Growth-driven mindset with desire to develop into Partner Manager role
