As a Partnerships Associate (Partner Development Representative), you will support Payoneer's fast-growing Affiliates & Partnerships program, a strategic initiative to accelerate customer acquisition, retention, and engagement through trusted partner ecosystems. You'll work closely with Affiliate & Partnership Managers, cross-functional teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution across the partner lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include:
- Support onboarding and activation of new affiliates and partners, ensuring documentation, compliance, and system setup completion
- Coordinate partner enablement activities including training, tool access, marketing resources, and operational support
- Maintain accurate partner records across platforms and internal systems for data integrity
- Monitor partner and lead lifecycle performance, identifying issues and improvement opportunities
- Track, maintain, and analyze key partnership metrics, dashboards, and reports for business reviews
- Partner with Affiliate & Partnership Managers on day-to-day program execution and partner success
- Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Operations, Growth, and Product teams to resolve challenges
- Serve as operational point of contact for affiliates, ensuring timely responses and issue resolution
- Develop and scale processes, playbooks, and best practices for the global partnership program
You bring 2+ years of experience in payments, fintech, partnerships, operations, or customer success. You are fluent in English plus French or German (written and spoken). You have strong proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, Excel, and reporting tools, with demonstrated ability to analyze data and drive operational insights. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and analytics.
