As Partnerships Associate, you will work directly with the Head of Partnerships across the full lifecycle of the partnerships program. This role spans strategy and execution, requiring you to own partner health tracking systems, orchestrate new technology partnerships end-to-end, and build reporting and materials that communicate partnership value across the company.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparing quarterly business reviews with platform partners, reporting on takedown performance and partnership outcomes
- Identifying and reaching out to new platform and technology partners to grow Outtake's ecosystem
- Building and maintaining systems that track the health and activity of each partnership
- Championing partnerships internally, keeping product, sales, and leadership informed on partner value and priorities
- Owning the process of taking new technology partnerships from concept through integration to General Availability, coordinating across product, engineering, and legal
- Building polished decks, one-pagers, and reports to communicate partnership strategy and results to internal and external audiences
- As the program matures, taking on broader ownership over partnership strategy and supporting systems
The role requires comfort moving between operational details and multi-year strategic planning, with a consulting-style toolkit for building presentation-ready materials. You will be expected to travel up to 20% of the time.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2-3 years in partnerships, consulting, bizops, or equivalent role with a mix of analysis and customer-facing work
- Comfort moving between operational details of a partnership and multi-year strategic planning
- Curiosity and persistence, with a habit of digging into "why" until understanding root cause
- Ownership mindset, with comfort writing the playbook, not just reading it
- Team-first mindset, with drive to help the team move faster, anticipate needs, and deliver excellence
- Exceptional written and verbal communication, with ability to present to executives and technical teams
- Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
