REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in client-facing roles (business development, partnerships, sales, account management, or professional services), ideally in technology or B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated experience building relationships with external stakeholders, navigating multiple decision-makers, and proactively developing new relationships (outbound BDR, SDR, or AE experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable with high-volume outreach and relationship-building; not afraid of phone-based prospecting
- Organized and detail-oriented with ability to accurately track and manage a large, active portfolio of firms
- Coachable, eager to execute structured playbooks well, with initiative to suggest improvements
- Interest in accounting, finance, or B2B SaaS is a plus but not required
- Willingness to travel occasionally for flagship industry events (AICPA Engage, DCPA, etc.)
- Fluent in navigating AI tools and incorporating them into day-to-day workflows for research, problem-solving, and operational efficiency
