Sierra is the leading platform for customer-facing AI agents, serving major brands including The GAP, Rocket Mortgage, SoFi, Sutter Health, and SoftBank. The company is headquartered in San Francisco with growing offices across North America, Europe, and Asia. Co-founded by Bret Taylor (former Salesforce co-CEO, Google Maps co-creator, OpenAI Board Chair) and Clay Bavor (18-year Google veteran who led Google Labs and AR/VR initiatives).
In this role, you will drive partner activation and ecosystem growth through comprehensive onboarding, enablement, certification, governance, and operational support programs. You will coordinate cross-functional execution across Product, Engineering, Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Legal, GTM Operations, and Partnerships to support product launches, technology integrations, joint GTM programs, co-sell motions, and strategic initiatives. You'll plan and execute ongoing partner engagement through enablement sessions, webinars, QBRs, executive business reviews, newsletters, office hours, partner events, and continuous partnership management.
You will build reporting infrastructure and leverage data to improve partnership health, tracking partner activation, engagement, pipeline contribution, partner-influenced revenue, and overall performance while identifying friction points and continuously improving how Sierra launches, activates, and scales partnerships.
