Viktor is an AI teammate that lives in Slack, connects to 3,200+ tools, and does real work. The company raised a $75M Series A led by Accel in May 2026 and is scaling from ~40 to ~100 people. Partnerships is one of the fastest-compounding acquisition channels, with hundreds of creators, multiple agencies, newsletter sponsorships, and an ambassador program—all with full-funnel attribution from spend through to signups. You will own the operating layer of Viktor's partner pipeline end-to-end. This is not a coordination role; it is a real operational job. You will source partners (creators, agencies, newsletters) through outbound prospecting and inbound triage. You will qualify every prospect against a framework covering audience quality, fake/farm detection, ICP fit, and CPM band, producing a shortlist for decision-makers. You will negotiate pricing and terms within agreed bands, knowing when to push, bundle, or walk. You will run live placements from brief through draft to go-live to stats, grading partners on actual results rather than promises. You will convert successful partners into multi-month commitments and maintain clean trackers, invoicing, and payment reconciliation so the numbers are trusted. You will supervise and extend the automations Viktor already runs on this workflow, reducing manual work. Final calls on new partner categories and off-band pricing remain with the Head of Influencer Partnerships. Paid ads, brand social, and product integrations sit elsewhere. Success metrics: By day 30, the weekly placement pipeline runs without escalation and drafts receive feedback within 24 hours. By day 90, you will have sourced and scored 150+ partners with 15+ booked, signed three multi-month deals inside the target blended CPM band, completed monthly reconciliation independently, and produced a Friday performance report requiring no restructuring. The role offers unusual leverage: Viktor automates large parts of this workflow, so one operator covers what a four-person team does elsewhere, and you shape those automations. You will have full-funnel visibility from spend through to revenue, a direct line to the Head of Influencer Partnerships and founders, and a credible path to owning a sub-channel outright within 6–12 months. The company operates with small team, high trust, and low process. Decisions are made by owners, not committees. You will ship your first week and talk to users your first day. No alignment meetings or stakeholder syncs—the focus is building things, seeing if they work, and iterating. REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstrated experience running creator or partner campaign operations at volume: 50+ placements per quarter or a roster of 100+, with corresponding budgets. - Proven negotiation experience against a metric (CPM, ER, or CAC); ability to explain pricing decisions and instances where you walked away. - Built operational infrastructure yourself: trackers with live formulas, stats pipelines, payment reconciliation—not tools handed to you. - Track record of catching inflated or fake partners before payment, with ability to name the signals used. - Strong written communication in English; this is a significant portion of the job's surface area (partner emails, draft feedback, async updates). EVEN BETTER IF: - B2B campaign experience (understanding why CPM math differs from consumer). - Experience running affiliate, ambassador, or newsletter programs alongside creator campaigns. - Already using AI tooling to automate repetitive work. PROBABLY NOT A FIT IF: - Influencer experience limited to gifting and seeding with no CPM or funnel discipline. - Background is social media scheduling with no negotiation, budget ownership, or accountability for metrics. - You prefer to set direction and hand off spreadsheet-level work (year one is spreadsheet-heavy). - You require meetings to move things forward. - You want AI kept out of your workflow.
