Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 / annual
Via is a transportation technology platform that powers modern public transit systems globally. As a Partner Success Manager for the Western US region, you will serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for city and transit agency partners, managing their success and driving commercial outcomes.
You will own the success of transportation systems across your partner portfolio, acting as the voice of Via internally and externally. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining deep, long-term relationships with executive city and agency leadership; analyzing service performance data daily and weekly to deliver actionable recommendations; identifying pain points and opportunities for service improvements and revenue growth; negotiating complex multi-year contract renewals and service expansions; and advocating internally for partner needs to champion new products and capabilities.
This is an individual contributor role requiring 4+ years of relevant experience in client-facing positions such as consulting, customer success, or high-growth technology companies. You should be quantitatively inclined and data-savvy, able to draw quick insights from complex datasets and translate raw numbers into clear recommendations. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial relationship builder who remains calm in politically sensitive, high-stakes situations; a reliable self-starter with a growth mentality who thrives in fast-paced environments; and an excellent team player who takes pride in mentoring others while delivering strong individual contributor results.
