Salary: USD 85,000 - 110,000 / annual
Via is transforming public transportation systems globally through technology, serving hundreds of agency partners worldwide. As a Partner Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for Via's transportation agency partners, responsible for building durable relationships and driving long-term revenue growth.
You will own the success of advanced transportation systems in partner cities, acting as the executive liaison between Via and city/agency leadership. Your responsibilities include analyzing service performance data to provide actionable recommendations that improve quality, efficiency, and growth; identifying partner pain points and converting them into revenue opportunities; negotiating complex multi-year contract renewals and service expansions; and serving as an internal advocate for partners, championing new products and capabilities that enable service expansion.
This is a US East Coast-focused remote role, with preference for candidates in Miami or Atlanta, though other East Coast locations are considered. You'll work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where you'll manage significant responsibility and complexity, including politically sensitive situations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant work experience, including client-facing roles in consulting, consultative customer success, or high-growth companies
- Entrepreneurial relationship builder with ability to remain calm and collected in complex, politically sensitive situations
- Quantitatively-inclined and data-savvy; ability to draw quick, insightful conclusions from complex data sets, ask critical questions, and synthesize raw numbers into actionable recommendations
- Reliable, motivated self-starter with growth mentality; thrives in fast-paced environments and roles requiring high responsibility
- Excellent team player; meaningful individual contributor and mentor to others; views successes as team effort
