The Partner Success Manager role sits within the Commercial Success team and focuses on managing Bubble's certified agency partner network. This is a relationship-driven position where you'll own partnerships across Gold, Silver, and Bronze agency tiers, with a primary focus on partner activity and client deployment velocity rather than vanity metrics.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing relationships with agencies across all tiers, conducting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and tracking health metrics
- Driving partner activity and deployment velocity as core success measures
- Collaborating with lead-routing SDRs to connect customers who don't fit the direct sales motion with appropriate certified agencies
- Operating the tier-driven revenue-share model, including renewal bonuses and Enterprise conversion incentives
- Supporting partner and agency certification standards and marketplace placement
- Gathering and surfacing partner and customer feedback to improve the program
You'll thrive in this role if you enjoy building win-win ecosystem relationships, are metrics-driven, excited about shaping a growing partner program, and comfortable working across sales, success, and community functions.
Required qualifications: 3+ years in partnerships, channel, account management, or customer-facing roles; experience managing external partners or agencies with revshare or channel models; strong relationship-building and communication skills; analytical mindset with comfort working from data; ability to operate in fast-paced, build-from-scratch environments.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the NYC office. Candidates must be authorized to work in the US and located in or willing to relocate to the New York City metro area.
