Nomos is building a full-stack power company to unlock flexibility in Europe's energy markets by connecting millions of homes to energy grids. The company aims to help Europe reach competitive electricity price levels through solar and distributed flexibility solutions.
In this Partner Success role, you will lead the energy side of Nomos's partnerships with major organizations. You'll work closely with partner teams across product, engineering, and commercial departments to launch energy products and grow the business together.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading integrations and product launches with partners, coordinating across Nomos product, engineering, and partner departments
- Growing adoption and revenue by improving the customer journey and introducing new energy products to partners' customers
- Tracking regulation, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify partnership opportunities
- Building energy as a core offering within partners' existing businesses by deeply understanding their customers and sales processes
- Translating partner ambitions into shared product roadmaps with clear commitments both organizations can plan around
- Bridging product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure partner focus and feasibility

Requirements:
- Proven track record building and growing partnerships, with demonstrated ability to lead commercial relationships and drive initiatives that created measurable value for both parties
- Ability to bring product, engineering, and commercial teams together; comfort going deep into technical and business constraints
- Fluent in both German and English, comfortable discussing product details and commercial decisions in either language
