Hex is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to build and lead the next generation of their partner enablement function. This is a ground-floor opportunity to design and own a mission-critical technical partnership program from the ground up. You will design and own the technical enablement curriculum for Hex's SI and consulting partner ecosystem, including certification tracks, hands-on workshops, sandbox environments, and reusable reference assets. You'll build and maintain a partner-facing demo library enabling partners to run strong Hex demos independently, and run technical onboarding for new partners through kickoff enablement, joint solutioning sessions, and architecture reviews. Key responsibilities include delivering live and recorded trainings, workshops, and office hours on a recurring cadence; serving as the technical point of contact for top partners on complex or strategic deals (proof-of-value support, architecture design, technical objection handling); and producing partner-facing technical collateral such as solution briefs, implementation guides, best-practice docs, and demo scripts. You'll channel technical feedback from partner engagements back to Product and Engineering to close integration or capability gaps, and track and report on partner enablement health metrics tied to partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You bring 5+ years in Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Solutions Architecture, ideally with experience enabling channel, SI, or consulting partners. You have hands-on fluency with SQL and Python, and comfort building and demoing end-to-end analytics workflows in a notebook-style environment. You've designed training curricula or enablement programs from scratch, have strong live-presentation and demo skills, and possess working knowledge of the modern data stack (Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, Fivetran, etc.). You have a track record of earning trust with partner practice leads and delivery teams at consulting/SI firms, high ownership bias toward building, and willingness to travel 25-30% for partner enablement sessions and field events.
