DevRev is hiring a Partner Solutions Engineer to drive partner-led growth and adoption of Computer, an AI-native platform that unifies data sources, tools, and workflows. Backed by Khosla Ventures and Mayfield with $150M+ raised, DevRev serves global enterprises.
You will serve as the technical bridge between DevRev and its ecosystem of resellers, OEMs, system integrators, and strategic partners. This is a customer-obsessed technical role requiring deep pre-sales expertise and partner enablement leadership.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Enablement & Technical Leadership**: Articulate platform features and business value; translate partner business models into DevRev-aligned solutions; deliver tailored product updates, hands-on bootcamps, SE shadowing, and technical workshops; enable partners to execute independent pre-sales motions and drive regional revenue.
**Sales & Evaluation Support**: Support demos, technical presentations, and proofs-of-concept for partner-led sales cycles; guide technical evaluations and proof-of-value engagements; collaborate with support and product teams to resolve blockers; capture product feedback and customer insights.
**Technical Enablement Planning**: Co-create enablement plans with partner sales leaders including certification pathways and role-based training; lead certification bootcamps and instructor-led tracks; host expert sessions on product releases and best practices; scale enablement across partner organizations.
**Partner Relationship & Technical Account Management**: Develop strategic relationships with partner architects and C-level leaders; conduct roadmap alignment sessions and technical QBRs; build partner org charts and communication matrices; champion DevRev positioning; identify and support upsell/cross-sell motions; collaborate with DevRev field teams for co-selling.
**Community Engagement & Thought Leadership**: Build and foster technical partner communities through roundtables, regional events, and forums; mentor technical champions; maintain visibility via LinkedIn and content contributions; support co-marketing and reference case development.
Required: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field. Minimum 10 years at B2B SaaS/platform vendors in technical pre-sales or solutions engineering roles, with at least 5 years in partner-focused roles. Proven track record delivering technical demos, workshops, and tailored solution proposals.
