Anthropic is seeking a Partner Solutions Architect for the Applied AI team, based in Bangalore. This is a pre-sales technical role focused on building and strengthening relationships with Global and Regional System Integrators (GSIs/RSIs) and cloud partners to accelerate indirect revenue and enable their AI practices.
Key responsibilities include:
**Strategic Technical Partnership**: Serve as a technical thought partner to Anthropic's GTM partnerships team, providing deep expertise on the partner landscape and driving strategic programs. Embed with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, support troubleshooting, evangelize Anthropic's products in developer communities, and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
**Joint Solution Development**: Collaborate with partners to identify high-value, industry-specific generative AI applications. Develop joint solutions and codify reference architectures and best practices to accelerate deployment timelines.
**Customer Deal Support**: Intervene directly on strategic customer deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep technical expertise and solution architecture guidance to unblock deals.
**Partner Ecosystem & Events**: Represent Anthropic at partner events including GSI customer workshops, summits, and industry conferences. Lead or support partner-specific developer events, hackathons, and technical enablement sessions.
**Product Feedback**: Validate and gather feedback on Anthropic's products and offerings as they relate to partner use cases and deployment patterns, delivering insights to inform product roadmap and partner strategy.
Ideal candidates bring 10+ years in technical customer-facing or partner-facing roles (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, Partner Sales Engineer). You should have a proven track record partnering with GSIs and cloud providers on complex technical challenges from design through delivery. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, with the ability to translate requirements between technical and business stakeholders. Experience designing scalable cloud architectures, integrating with enterprise systems, and familiarity with LLM frameworks and tools is valued. A background in machine learning or data science is a plus. The role requires cross-organizational collaboration, mentoring ability, and passion for safe, beneficial AI.
Anthropic offers hybrid work with an expectation of 25% office time minimum, though some roles may require more. The company sponsors visas and encourages applications from candidates who may not meet every qualification.
