Delinea is seeking a Partner Sales Manager for Latin America to lead the company's partner ecosystem and drive revenue through strategic partnerships. In this role, you will act as the quarterback of a targeted partner portfolio, including resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and technology partners across the region.
You will own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and bookings targets, developing and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships that drive joint sales efforts. Key responsibilities include designing and executing joint go-to-market plans, delivering technical and sales enablement to partners, and guiding them on monetization strategies, business models, and practice specialization.
You will serve as the trusted advisor and escalation point for partners, orchestrating the partner ecosystem to maximize growth opportunities. This includes running quarterly business reviews to monitor pipeline health, win rates, and renewal/expansion revenue, while coordinating company resources and senior executives to build strategic relationships.
Additionally, you will develop outcome-based strategic plans with partners, manage the company funnel for partner-sourced deals, and actively recruit new business relationships. You will leverage AI and automation tooling to eliminate manual work and reinvest time in partner-facing activities. The role requires achieving assigned quota for company products, services, and software, and providing business rationale and risk assessment for company investments in partners.
