Pliant is a European fintech specializing in B2B payment solutions with an API-first platform that helps businesses streamline spending, improve cash flow, and integrate payments into their financial workflows. The company serves two primary segments: companies optimizing operational processes through intuitive apps and APIs, and financial software platforms, ERP providers, and banks launching or enhancing credit card offerings through embedded finance and white-label solutions.
As a Partner Sales Manager (Inbound), you will take end-to-end ownership of your pipeline of customers referred by partners, from initial handover through successful onboarding and activation. Your responsibilities include presenting the Pliant solution in tailored demo calls, serving as the main point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process, and proactively following up on outstanding information and documentation. You will create and maintain customer deals in the CRM and internal platform, ensuring accurate data, clear next steps, and transparent pipeline tracking. Close coordination with Risk and Compliance teams is essential to resolve blockers, keep stakeholders informed, and continuously improve onboarding processes.
You bring previous work experience in banking or financial services in a customer-facing role, with excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills. You establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and develop your career in a fast-paced fintech environment, and speak German fluently along with English (additional European languages are advantageous). Ideally based in Berlin or Vienna, you are comfortable with the hybrid work model in place.
Pliant, founded in 2020 and headquartered in Berlin, supports over 5,000 businesses and more than 20 partners globally. As a licensed e-money institution, the company issues Visa-powered credit cards in 11 currencies across more than 30 countries.
