The Partner Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in developing Pennylane's partner ecosystem by driving marketing strategy through reseller and integrator partners. This role is essential to generating qualified leads and strengthening Pennylane's position as a leader in financial management software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage relationships with partner marketing teams, ensuring effective communication and identifying new collaboration opportunities
- Design and execute co-marketing campaigns including webinars, events, shared content, and other initiatives
- Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize strategies and ensure positive ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams (partnerships, marketing, sales, product marketing) to align marketing initiatives with Pennylane's commercial objectives
- Train and support partners on available marketing resources and best practices
The role requires close collaboration with the partnerships team and partner account managers to create sustainable synergies that drive growth while maximizing visibility of Pennylane's unique value proposition. Success depends on a methodical approach combining lead generation, partner relationship development, and execution of high-impact, measurable marketing campaigns.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with partner/channel management
- Bachelor's degree or higher (Bac +5) in marketing or commerce
- Knowledge of reseller partnerships and software ecosystems
- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms
- Strong project management skills
- Professional English fluency (required; level evaluated per department)
- Excellent written communication and copywriting abilities
- Team collaboration and autonomy
- Proactivity and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment and prioritize high-impact business actions
