Datadog's Partner Marketing Team is seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives supporting the channels and alliances function in the LATAM region. You will execute marketing programs designed to increase partner engagement, generate leads, and expand awareness of Datadog's solutions within LATAM's partner ecosystem, collaborating with cross-functional teams and senior leadership. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute regional partner marketing programs, including webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events, and social media initiatives to drive engagement. - Execute co-marketing efforts with cloud partners (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure) and channel partners to position Datadog's solutions effectively. - Collaborate closely with alliances, global marketing, product marketing, and sales leadership to prioritize initiatives with the highest business impact. - Work with Channels and Alliances Sales teams to promote and drive registration for upcoming events. - Track and analyze the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, reporting on key performance metrics through internal and external quarterly OKRs to ensure continuous optimization. Requirements: - 4–6 years of experience in marketing; partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing preferred - Demonstrated success in external-facing marketing roles - Strong project management skills - Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and present to senior leadership - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to influence others - Marketing campaign management experience, specifically with digital webinars or in-person events - Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools - Ability to analyze data and trends - Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
