This is a commercially focused partnership role based in Melbourne, Australia, measured primarily on partner-sourced pipeline and new business contribution. You will build and activate a strategic partner ecosystem spanning technology platforms, agencies, consultants, and industry organizations that generates qualified introductions and supports Pattern's growth across the Australian market.
Key responsibilities include identifying and prioritizing strategic partners across the ecommerce and digital ecosystem; securing 3–5 new strategic partnerships per year while maintaining 10–15 active partnerships; generating qualified introductions and new business opportunities through your partner network; aligning closely with Account Executives on target accounts and co-selling opportunities; developing and executing joint go-to-market initiatives including co-marketing campaigns, webinars, and industry roundtables (at least one per month); serving as the primary relationship owner for Australian partners; and tracking partner-sourced pipeline performance to refine strategy.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop joint initiatives, align on target accounts, and convert partner relationships into measurable revenue outcomes. High performance is demonstrated by consistently generating qualified sales meetings through partner introductions each month, driving measurable new business opportunities directly attributable to partner-sourced activity, maintaining a strong conversion rate from referral introduction to qualified opportunity, building and activating a growing network of partners that consistently produces pipeline, and operating as a trusted collaborator to Sales and Marketing teams.
