Anthropic is seeking a Partner Manager for Microsoft Co-sell to drive revenue through the Microsoft partnership, one of the company's most important paths to market for Claude, its AI assistant. Claude is available to enterprises through Microsoft Foundry, and this role focuses on converting that partnership into pipeline and closed revenue.
You will own the co-sell engine end-to-end, designing and running joint sales plays with Microsoft's field organization around enterprise use cases in financial services, healthcare, life sciences, and the public sector. Key responsibilities include:
• Design and execute joint sales plays with Microsoft around the strongest enterprise use cases
• Run account mapping with Microsoft sellers and turn introductions into working groups and joint opportunities that appear as pipeline
• Manage deals through Azure Marketplace, including private offers, billing setup, and partner attribution; track every opportunity, identify blockers, and work with both sides until closure
• Run regular pipeline and escalation rhythms with Microsoft leadership
• Provide clear visibility to Anthropic and Microsoft leaders on what is working and what is blocked
• Bring field insights back to product and go-to-market teams
• Own at least one major joint initiative with Microsoft, such as a flagship event, product workstream, or deal operations
You will connect Anthropic account executives with Microsoft counterparts on shared target accounts and ensure deals that start in co-sell conversations actually close. This is an end-to-end ownership role, from managing individual stuck deals to providing executive readouts on partnership performance.
Requirements:
• Proven experience owning a revenue or pipeline number through a partner or co-sell motion, with measurable results
• Working knowledge of how enterprise deals transact through a cloud marketplace, including hands-on experience unblocking stuck deals
• Strong attention to detail and operational rigor; ability to translate detail into clear, concise executive narratives
• Track record of taking full ownership: closing loops and keeping stakeholders proactively informed
• Ability to keep stalled deals or programs moving through repeated blockers until resolved
• Ability to build trust across large, matrixed partner organizations with field sellers and their leaders
Preferred qualifications:
• Experience selling or partnering around AI, ML, or developer platform products
• Direct experience with Microsoft's partner ecosystem (Partner Center, Azure Marketplace, co-sell program)
• Experience selling into financial services, healthcare and life sciences, or public sector
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience
