EcoVadis, a leading provider of business sustainability ratings, is seeking a Partner Manager to support the Global Alliances and Partnership Team and drive expansion across the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
In this role, you will manage and grow the DACH partner ecosystem by supporting technology and consulting alliances through strategic planning, co-selling initiatives, and joint marketing efforts. You will co-create go-to-market strategies with partners to drive visibility, generate qualified pipeline, and support revenue acceleration in collaboration with global marketing and sales teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving regional partner strategy by managing technology and consulting alliances
- Enabling go-to-market collaboration with partners to accelerate revenue
- Executing joint marketing campaigns, events, and materials with the Global Partner Marketing team
- Providing sales enablement tools, training, and content to internal and external stakeholders
- Managing partner relationships, following up on opportunities, and supporting onboarding of new partners
- Maintaining partner data in Salesforce, tracking performance, and reporting on key metrics
- Designing and deploying structured enablement plans to ensure consistent positioning of EcoVadis value proposition
You will work closely with regional and global partners, supporting go-to-market execution and ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and product teams to drive revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in SaaS sales, partnerships, or business development in a B2B tech environment
- Proven experience working within a partner ecosystem (system integrators, tech partners, or channel partners)
- Full professional proficiency in German and English (required for discussing sustainable procurement topics with customers)
- Experience building and executing joint marketing campaigns or programs with partners (strongly preferred)
- Familiarity with supplier management software or procurement solutions (SAP Ariba, Coupa, Ivalua, etc.)
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with ability to engage C-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce and partner collaboration tools
- Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
