As Partner Manager for DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland), you will execute Algolia's partner strategy across the region, with Germany as the primary focus. You'll work with consulting partners, systems integrators, technology partners, and cloud providers (AWS, Google Cloud, Microsoft) to embed Algolia into agentic and AI-driven solutions.
This is a solutions-focused role requiring strong technical fluency—you'll guide partners on Algolia's architecture and capabilities without owning implementation. Key responsibilities include: developing and executing regional partner strategy; building and managing a portfolio of consulting, SI, technology, and cloud partners; identifying and recruiting new partners; shaping agentic solutions combining Algolia with partner technologies; enabling partners on product and technical capabilities; owning deal registration and account mapping; coordinating go-to-market activities including joint marketing and co-selling; and driving pipeline creation and revenue alignment with the DACH General Manager and regional sales leadership.
You'll report to the Head of Global Partnerships and collaborate closely with internal sales, solutions engineering, marketing, product, and enablement teams. Algolia's partner motion in DACH is mature after seven years of relationship-building; this role focuses on elevating established partnerships while designing a new partner-led growth strategy for the region.
