Legora is an AI-native legal workspace used by 1,000+ customers globally, including top law firms like Cleary Gottlieb, Goodwin, and Linklaters. The company has scaled to $100M+ ARR and operates across Europe, North America, and APAC.
You'll own a portfolio of Legora's consulting and systems integrator (SI) partner relationships across Europe, working with alliance leads, practice heads, and delivery teams to drive successful client outcomes. This is a founding role for the partnerships team in Europe—you'll help shape how Legora goes to market with consulting partners, define partnership models, and establish what both sides provide.
Day-to-day responsibilities include managing relationships with consulting and SI partners across the region, mapping account and pipeline opportunities, and executing co-sell and co-working motions with Legora's European sales team. You'll embed with sales and customer teams to deeply understand the product, demo it credibly to partners, and keep partner teams enabled as the product evolves. You'll identify partnership issues, work with the Director of Consulting Alliances to resolve them, and track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and revenue.
You'll need hands-on experience in alliances, partnerships, or business development at a SaaS or AI company—with actual pipeline built, deals closed, and sustained partner relationships. Firsthand knowledge of how consulting firms and SIs operate, including their decision-making and technology partnership strategies, is essential. You should be comfortable building a partner program from scratch rather than inheriting an established one, with strong commercial judgment to navigate multi-party deal complexity. You'll manage multiple workstreams simultaneously across several partners, communicate effectively across organizational levels, and stay current with fast-shipping products. Travel across Europe to support partner relationships and joint customer work is expected.
Nice-to-haves include legal tech or professional services background, experience selling into law firms or in-house legal teams, familiarity with AI products and how to position them to risk-conscious buyers, and experience as an early hire on a scaling partner team.
