Onebrief builds AI-powered collaboration and workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. As a Partner Engagement Specialist, you will work directly with military headquarters to drive adoption and sustained value delivery of the Onebrief platform. Your primary mission is to help military staffs adopt Onebrief and meaningfully improve how they plan, coordinate, and communicate. You'll focus on echelons where planning is hands-on and fast-moving—units where Onebrief creates immediate impact. Core responsibilities include: Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Execute onboarding engagements under senior guidance. Support kickoffs to understand use cases, pain points, and technical requirements. Build strong relationships with users and mid-level stakeholders to make Onebrief indispensable for commanders and staff. Adapt standard playbooks to real-world conditions and expand product usage across staff workflows through training and engagement. Sustained Customer Support: Serve as a reliable point of contact during exercises and day-to-day operations. Provide face-to-face and remote support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth operations. Respond to incidents by coordinating with customers and product engineering. Master all aspects of the application to implement it effectively across the customer environment. Product Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Gather and communicate product feedback from users to the product team. Clearly articulate user needs and maintain high product proficiency. Recommend product improvements and excite customers about enhancements. Account Health & Growth: Develop understanding of customer dynamics to support retention, renewals, and growth opportunities. Required qualifications: Deep understanding of how military headquarters operate and ability to be effective within them. Current Secret Clearance and ability to access DOD facilities. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Technical aptitude to become a power user and communicate with engineering teams. Preferred: attention to detail, scrappiness and resourcefulness, proactive and adaptable approach, ability to work autonomously or cross-functionally in fast-paced settings.
