Onebrief builds AI-powered collaboration and workflow software for military planning and operational coordination. As a Partner Engagement Manager, you'll serve as the primary technical liaison between the U.S. Pacific Fleet and Onebrief's product team, based at Joint Base Pearl-Hickam in Honolulu. You'll act as a trusted subject-matter expert and power user of the platform, maintaining deep fluency with the software and staying current on product updates. Your core responsibilities include clearly communicating customer needs to the product team, identifying gaps between existing military workflows and effective Onebrief usage, and driving adoption through hands-on configuration, user coaching, and workflow optimization. You'll lead or support military planning exercises, translate new product releases into practical impact for specific operational workflows, and bridge the technical gap between engineering and customer staff. When incidents occur—product unavailability, bugs, or performance issues—you'll coordinate responses between the customer and Onebrief's engineering team. Additionally, you'll align efforts across fellow Partner Engagement Managers to ensure planning and workflows remain synchronized across commands, and identify expansion and upsell opportunities with allied and partner organizations. Minimum qualifications include proven experience leading operational planning within a military context (preferably at multi-star headquarters), exposure to large staff planning through Professional Military Education or service, familiarity with major military planning exercises and classified network deployment protocols, and a demonstrated ability to expand business presence within customer locations with emphasis on software solutions. You must hold a current Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and have the ability to access DOD facilities. Preferred qualifications include technical aptitude (power-user capability with software platforms and ability to discuss engineering concepts), strong interpersonal skills that build customer trust, proactive and adaptable problem-solving in fast-paced environments, and clear, concise communication for strategic decision-making.
