Anthropic's Beneficial Deployments team brings Claude to nonprofits and educational organizations doing mission-critical work. This role leads the Claude for Nonprofits train-the-trainer program, scaling impact through trusted intermediaries—networks, capacity builders, funders, technical assistance providers, community colleges, and fellowship programs—rather than one-to-one customer success.
You will own the end-to-end train-the-trainer program: designing qualification paths, credentials, and recertification for intermediaries who deliver Anthropic-designed workshops on Claude adoption. You'll build the enablement kits intermediaries teach from—activation playbooks covering kickoff, admin setup, launch, and Day 30/60/90 reviews, plus workshop-in-a-box modules starting with AI fluency and use case discovery, each with decks, facilitator guides, demo scripts, sample data, and workbooks.
You'll recruit and qualify a pilot cohort of anchor intermediaries, then open a repeatable application process routing each to the right track. You'll design and deliver enablement for network intermediaries, adapting the program to how each reaches its members, and help them evolve offerings as you learn what organizations need. You'll build connective tissue among intermediaries through shared office hours, facilitator cohorts, and clear onboarding paths for new partners.
You'll support the enablement thinking for Claude Corps—extending fellow reach and ensuring what they learn feeds back into enablement every customer receives. You'll hold quality bars when Anthropic is not in the room through teach-back gates, graded mock sessions, shadowing, and session satisfaction metrics at or above Anthropic-led benchmarks.
You'll run the program as one system: content intake and refresh calendars, production standards, resource hub organization, learning management system courses and assessments, and agreement/attribution models for intermediaries acting on Anthropic's behalf. You'll own program metrics—approved trainers, collaborator-led activations and workshops, Anthropic effort per organization activated, and quality against benchmarks—and use them to guide resource allocation. You'll be the field voice for intermediaries inside Anthropic, bringing their feedback into enablement content, product feedback, and engagement models.
This is not a partner account management or quota-bearing sales role, though you'll spend time with organizations to stay grounded in their needs. The role reports to the Customer Success Lead for Beneficial Deployments, has no direct reports today, and may grow into people management as the program scales. Expect periodic travel for in-person cohorts and sessions. You'll be half program builder, half facilitator—designing and delivering the first cohorts yourself, then making the system repeatable.

- Nonprofit ecosystem fluency: worked with or inside intermediaries that reach mission-driven organizations (networks, capacity builders, funders, technical assistance providers) and understand how they influence adoption
