Frame Security is building the future of Human Security in the AI era. Frame is trusted by leading global organizations and is backed by significant funding.
The Partner Development Manager – MSP role owns the full lifecycle of managed service provider (MSP) partnerships. This is not a traditional account management position; you will prospect and recruit new MSP partners, launch them successfully, and grow their revenue and adoption of Frame's platform.
Key responsibilities include:
**Partner Acquisition:** Prospect, recruit, and close new MSP partners. Build and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified MSP opportunities. Lead discovery calls, product demos, pricing negotiations, and commercial conversations. Deliver against partner acquisition and revenue targets.
**Partner Launch & Enablement:** Own the transition from signed agreement through successful launch. Help MSPs understand how to position, package, and sell Frame's solution. Drive partners toward their first customer deployments and revenue generation. Connect partners with enablement resources and technical support.
**Partner Growth:** Own revenue, retention, and expansion metrics across your MSP portfolio. Proactively identify opportunities to increase customer adoption and consumption. Run regular partner calls focused on pipeline, performance, and growth initiatives. Identify high-potential partners and build acceleration plans.
**Build & Scale:** Surface partner feedback, trends, and friction points to the broader Frame team. Use repeatable processes and data to efficiently manage a growing partner portfolio. Help improve tools, processes, and playbooks that support MSPs at scale. Operate with urgency, curiosity, and ownership in a fast-moving environment.
Success is measured by Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), quota attainment percentage, MSP partner activation rates, partner enablement effectiveness, partner retention, and expansion through net new customer logos.
**Requirements:** The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, required certifications, or formal education requirements. However, the role expects demonstrated ability to prospect and close enterprise partnerships, manage complex multi-stakeholder relationships, drive revenue targets, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with MSP channels, channel partner management, or SaaS sales is likely valuable.
