Boulder Care, a Series C digital clinic for addiction medicine, is seeking a Partner & Commercial Marketing Manager to build its first dedicated partner and commercial marketing function. You'll own how Boulder reaches strategic partners—health systems, government agencies, provider groups, community organizations, and health plans—that drive patient enrollment and ensure care accessibility.
As the founding marketer in this role, you'll build strategy and execution from the ground up. Your core responsibilities include: translating clinical outcomes and market economics into institutional proof points that equip the Commercial and Partnerships teams; developing segment-specific value propositions, collateral, and educational materials for the referral ecosystem; designing and executing B2B demand generation programs including webinars, email, paid advertising, and conference participation; and creating repeatable playbooks for high-performing partnerships to scale across statewide programs and health-system networks.
You'll be measured on institutional demand generated, adoption of proof materials by internal teams, and activation of new partnership segments. The role emphasizes hands-on execution—you'll scope, write, and ship work yourself—with a focus on honest measurement and clear attribution reporting.
Required: 5+ years in B2B, partner, channel, or commercial marketing with meaningful healthcare institutional buyer experience. You need deep understanding of how healthcare B2B decisions are made, experience supporting field or community-relations teams, and demonstrated success in demand generation with clear ROI reporting. Strong writing and strategic framing skills are essential for translating complex clinical and economic data for educated professional audiences. AI fluency is required as an operating tool for analysis, building, scaling, and deployment. You should be comfortable with measurement rigor and transparent about attribution limitations.
