Salary: USD 72,250 - 142,600 / annual
Commvault is seeking a Partner Business Representative to join the Partner Sales team in Austin, TX. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Commvault's network and enhancing offerings through strategic partnerships, with a specific focus on the SHI partnership.
You will manage and build on existing partner relationships, collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, marketing, and development teams to develop partnership strategies, and identify and develop relationships with new partners. Key responsibilities include developing a scalable model for formalizing partnerships, negotiating and closing partnership deals, taking ownership of partnership reporting and performance metrics, and ensuring partnerships deliver on promises to customers.

**Requirements:**
- 1–5 years of experience in a Partner Business role
- Experience with SHI (required)
- Demonstrable track record of negotiating and closing partnership deals
- Experience building partner programs in SaaS, Cloud, or Security environments (must-have)
- Strong commercial awareness with ability to identify and develop opportunities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be located in Austin, TX
