Salary: USD 66,500 - 133,000 / annual

As a Partner Account Manager, you will be instrumental in engaging, building, and developing Human Interest's key accounts and growth opportunities. Your primary responsibility is to accelerate partner relationships to help the company exponentially reach more small and medium businesses across the United States. This is a forward-thinking, meticulously organized role that requires a self-motivated sales professional who can thrive in a fast-paced environment. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Developing, building, and amplifying referral relationships with tech partners, human capital management (HCM) partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space - Creating and building strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new partnership opportunities - Proactively identifying and resolving emerging issues by working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance - Collaborating with Partner Marketing to innovate and execute unique initiatives to promote partner sales, such as educational events, email campaigns, and webinars - Working with partners to establish business goals and performance metrics (e.g., sales pipeline depth and revenue generation) to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies and demand-generation activities You will be in the field 3 days per week, building relationships and driving partnership growth. The role requires someone who is proactive, creative, and can exercise discretion and judgment to create solutions independently. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of experience building, developing, and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors in the SMB space (including territory sales and business development) - Proven track record of success in a quota-driven sales environment - Highly motivated individual contributor and relationship builder who can operate independently - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment - Resilience: bounce back from setbacks quickly, resourceful, and creative problem-solving - Solutions-oriented mindset with willingness to manage and solve operational partnership issues - Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills; people trust you and sense your advocacy - Tech-savvy with familiarity using Salesforce to manage sales cycles (preferred) - Growth mindset with ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable - Coachable: ability to absorb information, training, and guidance and successfully implement and execute - Ability to travel and be in the field 3 days per week
