Klaviyo is seeking a Partner Account Manager, Commercial to manage a portfolio of active partners within the Commercial ecosystem. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to partners, leveraging consultative skills to understand their business models and growth strategies. You will identify opportunities for Klaviyo to help partners and their clients grow, articulate Klaviyo's value proposition, and differentiate the platform from competitors. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with key leaders and decision-makers at partner organizations, assessing partner potential for tier advancement within the partner program, and developing long-term strategies aligned with partner business goals. You will manage business development and co-selling opportunities, coach partners on growing their business and profitability with Klaviyo, and operate with revenue-focused goals at the individual level. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, Marketing, and Product teams to introduce and educate partners on platform enhancements. The role requires strong relationship-building and influencing skills, comfort presenting to large groups as a thought leader, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. You should be proactive in soliciting and acting on feedback from customers, partners, team members, and peers. Required qualifications include 3-5 years of SaaS account management, partnership, and/or sales experience. You should be adept at relationship building, thoughtful and engaging, obsessed with understanding partners, and excited to impact a rapidly-growing public company. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a positive outlook, and comfort operating in a fast-paced environment are essential.
