Human Interest is a high-growth fintech company on a mission to make retirement benefits accessible to small and medium-sized businesses across the United States. The company has raised approximately $500 million from top-tier investors including BlackRock, TPG (The Rise Fund), SoftBank, and others. As a Partner Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing, building, and amplifying referral relationships with key partners in the SMB ecosystem, including tech partners, human capital management (HCM) platforms, benefit brokers, CPAs, and financial advisors. Your primary focus will be to engage and grow Human Interest's key accounts and partnership opportunities to drive exponential reach and business growth. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and maintain strategic referral networks and partnerships focused on lead generation and new business opportunities - Proactively identify and resolve emerging partnership issues by collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Marketing, Legal, and Finance teams - Partner with Partner Marketing to design and execute innovative initiatives such as educational events, webinars, and email campaigns to drive partner sales - Establish business goals and performance metrics with partners, including sales pipeline depth and revenue targets, to develop effective go-to-market strategies - Operate independently in a fast-paced, quota-driven environment with strong organizational and relationship-building skills You bring 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with tech and HCM partners, brokers, and advisors in the SMB space, including territory sales and business development. You have a proven track record in quota-driven sales environments and excel at operating independently while managing complex partnership dynamics. You are solutions-oriented, resilient, and possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Salesforce experience is preferred. The role requires the ability to be in the field 3 days per week.
