IPSY, a leading beauty discovery platform with millions of members, is seeking a Paralegal & Contracts Manager to join its legal team. Reporting to the Vice President, Deputy General Counsel, you will be the operational backbone of the legal department, managing contracts, corporate governance, and cross-functional legal support.
In Contract Review and Management, you will own the full contract lifecycle: triaging incoming agreements, routing for review, and tracking through signature. You'll draft and conduct first-pass reviews of NDAs, consulting agreements, trademark licenses, talent agreements, vendor contracts, SaaS agreements, and manufacturer agreements. You'll maintain and develop contract playbooks, administer the contract management system, and drive legal automation initiatives.
For Corporate Governance and Entity Management, you'll manage formation, qualification, and ongoing good standing of company entities. This includes preparing and filing Secretary of State documents, foreign entity registrations, trade name registrations, and maintaining registered agent relationships. You'll serve as primary manager of corporate records and assist with Board meeting materials, including drafting minutes, resolutions, and written consents.
Cross-functionally, you'll partner with Marketing, Finance, Operations, People, and Tech teams, as well as outside counsel, on corporate legal matters. You'll build SOPs, process trackers, and self-service tools to keep the department scalable. Additional responsibilities include IP portfolio docketing, brand protection support, marketing review, subpoena intake, and deadline management. You'll leverage AI tools for legal intake, research, and monitoring regulatory changes.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning processes end-to-end in a fast-moving environment. This is a fully remote role available across authorized U.S. states where IPSY has business presence.
