As a Paralegal on the Capital Markets Legal team, you will provide essential support for complex financing transactions and ongoing legal operations that directly advance GoodLeap's mission of making sustainable home solutions more accessible and affordable. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting attorneys and business partners in the execution of capital markets transactions
- Conducting legal research and document review related to financing agreements and securities matters
- Preparing and organizing transaction documentation, including contracts, closing documents, and compliance filings
- Ensuring adherence to contractual requirements and regulatory obligations across capital markets activities
- Coordinating with external counsel and internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth transaction closings
- Maintaining organized records and databases of transaction materials and legal documents
- Assisting with due diligence processes and compliance monitoring
- Drafting correspondence and memoranda to support legal team operations
