Ramp is building smart infrastructure for finance teams, automating how over $200B in annualized spend flows through 70,000+ companies. The company handles payment authorization, risk flagging, spend categorization, and financial close processes. You will own the day-to-day execution of Ramp's paid social campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok. This is a hands-on role focused on campaign setup, optimization, and scaling while partnering with growth creative, product marketing, and analytics teams. Your immediate priority is strong platform execution—launching campaigns quickly and accurately, managing budgets, and freeing senior leadership to focus on strategy. Key responsibilities include: - Hands-on campaign setup, targeting, budgeting, tracking, QA, reporting, and daily optimization across Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Translating performance data into clear recommendations for creative, targeting, and testing - Owning smaller campaigns and product launches end-to-end, from stakeholder alignment through deployment and post-launch analysis - Developing structured testing plans across audiences, creative, messaging, formats, and placements - Maintaining operational standards around naming conventions, documentation, measurement, and campaign governance - Identifying workflow improvements through templates, automation, and AI-enabled tools - Growing into channel planning and broader paid acquisition strategy over time You'll work alongside an experienced marketing team with creative, analytical, and technical resources to deliver on ambitious growth goals. Ramp is in a critical growth phase, and paid social is one of the fastest channels to reach new businesses. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of experience managing paid social or performance marketing campaigns - Deep hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager - Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding, budgeting, tracking, attribution, and optimization - Experience working across both creative testing and media execution - Experience building repeatable campaign templates, operating systems, and AI-assisted workflows - Ability to interpret performance data and turn it into clear, actionable decisions - Strong project management skills and confidence owning initiatives from brief through launch - Excellent attention to detail, particularly when building, trafficking, and QAing campaigns - Comfort operating in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment - Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-management skills - Proactive, ownership-oriented approach with interest in growing into broader strategic responsibility NICE-TO-HAVES: - Experience in paid social for B2B, SaaS, fintech, or financial products - Experience leading integrated product or feature launches - Knowledge of incrementality testing, experimentation frameworks, and measurement strategy - Experience with landing-page testing and conversion-rate optimization - Familiarity with marketing analytics, automation, and reporting tools - Strong point of view on what makes paid creative effective across different platforms
